Software Engineering
Build and deploy the web applications a city depends on — from database schema to a page that loads fast on a phone in the street.
E-Mohammedia is the communal learning and research lab for software engineering, data analysis, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Twelve-week evening cohorts, taught on the same stack the city actually runs on.
Every track ends with something that runs: a deployed service, a dashboard a department uses, a model that answers a real question, a hardened server. No track requires a diploma.

Turn the commune's records into answers: clean the data, query it, and put it in front of the people who make the decision.
Machine learning with a public purpose — document search, classification, forecasting, and language models applied to services residents use.
Defend the systems residents depend on. Map the surface, harden it, watch it, and rehearse the day something goes wrong.
E-Mohammedia is not only a classroom. Three research lines run all year, and cohort projects feed straight into them. Alumni can stay on as contributors.
Publishing city datasets in formats people can actually use, with a public API and a documentation portal maintained by the lab.
Assistants that read regulations and communal archives, so a resident or an agent gets a sourced answer instead of a queue number.
A monitoring practice for city services: asset inventory, log collection, detection rules and a documented response procedure.
The order matters — each step decides the next. Applications for cohort 04 close when the 24 seats of a track are filled.
Ten minutes, online. Motivation counts more than credentials; no diploma is required.
Ninety minutes on campus: logic, basic English, and a conversation about what you want to build.
Twelve weeks, four evenings a week, in English, on the tools professionals use daily.
Weeks nine to twelve: a working project for a real city service, reviewed by the department that will use it.
Portfolio review, then a certificate issued by the Commune de Mohammédia — and an open door to the lab.
Classrooms, a network lab and an open workspace in the centre of Mohammédia, a few minutes from the train station and the coast road.
We read every application and answer within five working days. If a track is already full, we tell you the date of the next intake instead of leaving you waiting.
